Vegan banana ice-cream

some ripe bananas

Chop each banana into 3 or 4 pieces. Wrap each banana up in Gladwrap. Freeze them for a day or two.

When you want to make the ice-cream, take the bananas out of the freezer. Don't let them thaw. Put the bananas in a blender and blend until they become a whipped, creamy ice-cream-like substance (takes a while). Eat. It tastes incredibly good.
