Thank you so much for posting this. My cousin makes a warm salad based on this, with tomato and feta and basil tossed in, possibly a splash of vinegar. I don't know if that's from the New Epicure as well or if she just adapted it.

Anyway, I was craving roasted green beans earlier this week and Googled my way to your delightful site, which I must now spend hours exploring and cooking from. I love your snarky restaurant reviews almost as much as the recipes. Thank you!
