Thanks Dave! That's excellent to hear. I've been following your sourdough odyssey with interest, in preparation for taking the plunge into experimenting with it myself.

Hey Meg,
Sorry for posting the same comment twice - oops. Glad you've enjoyed the sourdough series. I'm enjoying it. All I can say is, it's a lot of fun and, for me with an overactive toddler, it's quite flexible. I have a really neat proofing schedule that I'll be posting soon that will make a sourdough even easier on a tight working person's schedule.

Don't mean to be overly patronizing, but it's interesting to read recipes with ingredients you just know you'd like. I've been perusing your archives like a forgotten, underused cookbook and look forward to preparing a bunch of them.
