It is great, I have to agree with everything you said plus the french wine stall was good, and the cheese man...and the french garlic was well worth buying, although when you are cooking with it you must remember that it is stronger than normal so you only need one clove not 3!!!!!

I looked at the garlic but ended up not buying any because we've already got a couple of heads at home. Perhaps I should have bought some anyway as an experiment. Although the white asparagus we bought there was not fantastic, disappointingly.

that is a shame about the Asparagus :o(

on a good note, I gave Noel a bulb that had started to shoot from last years market so he is growing some up, I am not sure when it will be ready but I am sure he will give you some if you ask.
