It went very well!
I cooked up some Spiralle pasta, threw in some courgette, tomato, chicken and sweetcorn then seasoned and added balsamic vinegar and herb olive oil...
very nice!
I then made a massive batch with mustard and honey dressing instead of balsamic for a work picnic in St James' park today...but its raining now...oh well it looks like it might be a desk picnic instead!

I'm getting a tan through the window of my office, it's so sunny here today. Hope it clears up for you and you get to eat your picnic outside!

It stopped raining long enough for us to have a 3 hour lunch break ! we took pleanty of rugs and bin liners and much fun was had by all. The pasta went down a treat...
someone else took a fabulous indian style pasta with spinach it was great still trying to track down the recipe though!
