1/3 cup | broad beans, podded, skinned and fried until bright green |
1 bunch | asparagus, broken into short lengths and blanched |
dressing
4 tablespoons | mayonaise |
1 cup | fresh mascarpone from the deli |
1 heaped teaspoon | fine Dijon mustard |
