Roasted Asparagus

Trim the woody ends of the asparagus spears. In a glass, mix up olive oil, melted butter, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper. Brush this mixture onto the asparagus spears, lay them on a tray lined with alfoil and cook at 200C for 15 minutes. Turn once during cooking.
