| 2 cups | self-raising flour |
| 2 tablspoons | thick cream |
| 1 tablespoon | castor sugar |
| 1 heaped teaspoon | baking powder |
| milk to mix |
Mix all ingredients together. Knead slightly. Press to 1 inch thickness. Cut into circles. Place close together on a greased tray, brush with extra milk. Cook at 220C for 5-6 mintues or until light golden brown.
