| Stevie's chewiest chocolate brownies |
| 125g | butter, melted |
| 1/4 cup | cocoa |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla essence |
| 2 | large eggs, lightly beaten |
| 1 cup | castor sugar |
| 1/3 cup | plain flour |
| 200g | good dark chocolate, broken into squares |
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine butter, cocoa, vanilla and eggs. Mix in castor sugar, then mix in flour. Mix in chocolate. Pour into lined, square or rectangular tin to a depth of about 1cm. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
