Steamer Trading - This store occupies three levels: the top floor containing useless Alessi stuff, posh but ugly crockery, and a coffeeshop, the ground floor full of lovely expensive saucepans and glossy kitchen equipment and electric appliances, and in the basement shelves of dishes, utensils, jars, cake pans, etc. The range of useful little stuff in the basement seems to be getting smaller - last time I went in they were selling icing nozzles, but not sleeves, for example. 35 Ship St Brighton.
