Almond, apricot and white chocolate biscuits

Got this recipe from Loobylu.

1 2/3 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt (less if you're using salted butter, unless you are a salt fiend)
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
2 cups white chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped almonds
3/4 cup dried apricots, chopped

Preheat the oven to 175C.

In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and the vanilla, the stir in the dry ingredients (in three lots) until well blended. Add the chocolate chips, almonds and apricots and mix in.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Biscuits should be golden brown when done. Cool on wire racks.
