Let's Cook with Meg and Ted

Chocolate icing

2 cupsicing sugar
2 tablespoonscocoa powder
2 teaspoonssoft butter
2 tablespoons (approx)milk

Place the icing sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk in a bowl, and stir together to form a stiff paste. Place the bowl over warm water and stir until it softens and becomes spreadable and glossy. Use at once.
