Lazy but bloody good pasta sauce

This only works with really good pasta, preferably tagliatelli you've just made yourself. It's ideal because after you've made fresh pasta you're often too buggered to do anything flash with it anyway. Leonie came over and made me pasta with this sauce and it's great.

olive oil
butter
crushed garlic
grated parmesan
finely chopped parsley

Cook your pasta. This should only take a couple of minutes.

Meanwhile, melt a big bit of butter in a saucepan with a little bit of olive oil. Cook the garlic in this till it's nice and golden.

Drain the pasta, then tip it back into the saucepan. Add the butter and garlic, the cheese and the parsley. Mix really well and throw it on a plate and eat straight away.
