Let's Cook with Meg and Ted


2 cupsself-raising flour
2 tablspoonsthick cream
1 tablespooncastor sugar
1 heaped teaspoonbaking powder
milk to mix

Mix all ingredients together. Knead slightly. Press to 1 inch thickness. Cut into circles. Place close together on a greased tray, brush with extra milk. Cook at 220C for 5-6 mintues or until light golden brown.
