Stevie's chewiest chocolate brownies

125gbutter, melted
1/4 cupcocoa
1 teaspoonvanilla essence
2large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cupcastor sugar
1/3 cupplain flour
200ggood dark chocolate, broken into squares

Preheat oven to 180C.

Combine butter, cocoa, vanilla and eggs. Mix in castor sugar, then mix in flour. Mix in chocolate. Pour into lined, square or rectangular tin to a depth of about 1cm. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
